Michael Rocharde makes some good points in this video about the difference between professional, experienced developers and those not so experienced. As Richard Carlton put it in this video (and I paraphrase), you might want to build something small yourself–or have someone on your staff do it, but if you want an large office building designed and built, you wouldn’t hesitate to hire the right people to do the job:
