Don’t Rely on Your Memory
WE CALL IT THE “BUS BOOK“, although a more apt title would be the “Bus Database”. What happens to a business if the key person gets hit by a bus? Well, if all the knowledge is stored in their head, the business is headed for a rough spell from which it may not recover. Michael Rocharde’s short video lays it out a little less bluntly, but makes the same point. And his solution is the same as mine–don’t count on your memory, get that data into a FileMaker database!
