This Application was built using FileMaker. It is a hosted application on FileMaker Server Version 12. It runs on an iPad and iPhone using FileMaker Go. Development took 7 weeks. Data are gathered monthly for several Key Performance Indicators that measure quality at a large Nursing Home.
